You don’t need to bother related to this because if you are a member or a non-member of Costco, it doesn’t matters much. You can shop from any Costco outlet if you have normal Costco cash cards and you can have this Costco cash card in any Costco outlet and you can get all the information related to this card from any Costco membership owner.
Additionally, if you log in to the official site of Costco which is costco.com, then you need not be a member to shop there. But you have to charge some additional charges when you shop for the first time. Costco hours do not apply to the official site, thus you can shop anytime.
