    In computer programming languages like C+ or VB.NET, human-friendly syntax is used by developers but the same can’t be used by computers. These codes are also called Source Code. In order for computers to execute a source code, the same has to be processed into machine instructions or object code. 

    A source code can be either implicit or explicit. 

    Explicit Compilation Definition:

    Using explicit compilation, a developer transforms the upper level language or source code into object code so that the program can be smoothly executed. In other words, Explicit compilation helps the CPU to comprehend every line in the code even before the same has been executed. 

    How Is Explicit Compilation Different from Implicit Compilation?

    The implicit compilation is different. It has multiple functions. It first converts the source code to IL or intermediate language and then it transforms the same to machine instructions. 

    An Explicit compiler can only handle intermediate language codes. It is also known as JIT compiler. 

    Pros and Cons of Explicit and Implicit Compilers

    • Implicit compilers ensure faster speed of operation on starting the PC.
    • These compilers use more disc space and memory for storing IL and images.
    • On the other hand, Explicit Compilers, also called JIT compilers use much more disk I/O operations, making it more expensive.

    The acronym FCL is used in the logistics or freight-forwarding industry or global ocean shipping industry. Under this system, the shipper or person sending the freight owns the container which does not allow any third party to use it partially.

    Features of FCL

    • The container booked under the FCL-agreement or business arrangement is sealed at its booking port or place of origin by the freighter or agency/person/company booking the container.
    • The container is allowed to be opened only by the customer or his authorized agent on reaching the destined port. It cannot be opened en route.
